About Pullins Blacktop, Inc.
Our company is a family based company. Rick's father Cliff Parker and (Uncle) Charlie Betts started the business over 50 years ago. They started Pullins Blacktop because the ice and coal business became absolete. Charlie and Cliff thought the blacktop business would stand the test of time. Pullins Blacktop was named after their beloved
"Grandpa Pullins".
